When putting down tile you need to use a thin coat of baby oil on top surface of the tile. This will not let the grout stick on the tile top surface.

go to your nearest tile supply store that specializes in tile,tell them the problem and they will sale you a bottle of mild acid.It is strong enough to get the grout off the tile. i would recommend wearing rubber gloves and using a medium bristle cleaning brush although i have had some success using a sponge mop. for really thick areas let the liquid sit longer before scrubbing don't try to mix the acid stronger than recommended

Just use a damp sponge wringing it out often and rub over the whole floor. Just remeber it rinse it often, sqeezing as much water out of the sponge as you can

you should have taken the eccess grout off then the only fix is a razor and be careful
