I'd say Alanis Morrissette, "You Oughtta Know", Madonna's "Material Girl" (watch the video), Madonna's "Human Nature", Metallica, "Until it Sleeps", that new one by Billy Talent, whatever it is, "Sex (I'm A)" by Berlin is real HOT if you mean it that way, and it's been a long time since I saw some essentially hot women in videos who did not come across as fake or like hookers.
