Leave the room and calm myself down.We all feel that way sometimes but that doesn't mean we would actually do it.If this doesn't help anger management would be a good option.Thankfully I have never been there.

If it's a face to face type of thing it's best to just turn around and walk away. I think that talking with someone about the situation really helps, everyone needs to vent. Just posting the question probably helped a little huh? I get that way sometimes as well and it leaves you feeling frustrated and alone. Talk it out and don't let it bottle up inside. I feel for ya, good luck!

I go into my closet close the door and scream like a banshi.... not words just screams.... for 5 minutes then I come out and deal with the problem... For me the screaming is like releasing a pressure safety valve... I can release the built up steam then deal rationally with the problem at hand rather than going at the problem ready to blow up.....

Sometimes 5 minutes isn't enough so I scream some more.... But most often 5 minutes calms me down enough to deal rationally...

If you're alone, scream into a pillow, or punch it. If you're not, close your eyes, count to 10 (while imagining that you're beating the crap out of the person), open, then wait until you get home to punch a pillow or call a friend and vent.
