It does, Glue is what holds on the lables.
If your using kitty glue it doesn't stick to alot of things.

depends what kind of glue you are using and on what bottle..plastic or glass? Paper glue will definitely not work on plastic or glass.

No idea. I use craft glue and Uhu stick. I would guess one of two things: someone is real sloppy or else, they get high off it.
