Usually bittorrent will pick right up if there has been an interruption in downloading. You also don't have to worry about being sued or anything. Here's a simple guide to what the hell bittorrent is.

I usually like to go and download off isohunt.com when it comes to movies, music, books, etc. Although there are many comparable websites that do the same job, it just depends what you like and what you want.

bittorrent if you want to download large files , but bit torrent uses its own network , so u have to download a client like bit comet , azureue or utorrent ...and downaload using the client .
files can eb searched from isohunt or torrentspy


if it is ordinary files from webpage etc
use programs like Getright ,there are many Download manager programs..google them

yes theres heaps i use getright,but you still have to make sure the site your downloading off allows resume on downloads usually you can find an alternative for most downloads,eg-another site with same download u want but allows resume on downloads

They both have resume and start downloading from where it stops.
