No, they are two different passages and the air goes out the lower open passage first. So if you want to breath out your nose, you have to close your mouth to close that passage.

Yes! Some people even master circular breathing, which makes them breathe in through their nose and simultaneously breathe out through their mouth. Back to your question, whenever we sneeze the force of the air we bring out is so big that it comes out through nose and mouth simultaneously.
