Always girls are mostly shorter in height than boys....Boys are always taller than girls...why?

Because somehow God wanted to make boys feel superior over girls by giving them height. Although there are some guys who are the same height as girls and some girls who are taller than boys.

In most species the females are smaller in size than the males, though it is not a universal rule. Perhaps, nature made it so in view of the differing responsibilities that are naturally assigned to males and females. this has been so for billions of years. However, things could change if females prove themselves to be fully justified with extra or equal height, weight, strength etc. but change might take billions of years again. Till then there is no alternative.

It averages out that way. It's because of Darwinian sexual selection (rather than natural selection). This happens when one sex makes preferences about characteristics in the opposite sex: it results in those individuals being chosen for breeding, and so those characteristics become more widespread. As we evolved, women (so the argument goes) preferred larger males as (probably) being preferable in terms of protection for the female and her children. Males traditionally have less control in things to do with sexual selection, and did not make choices in these terms, though there is an argument that women's body shapes were sexually selected by males to enable safer childbirth. Characteristics that don't have any special function can also get through by sexual selection. The famous example is the peacock, whose tail is impractically beautiful, simply because the peahen likes it. Choosing progressively more fancy tails over generations resulted in the males having these wonderful plumages. Hope this helps.

but mostly boyz r longer in height bcoz of growth development of Harmon's in their body r faster than that of girls .

Girls aren't always taller than guys. It all depends on a persons individual genetics. Heritage is also important. I'm 5'9 many guys loom over me and below me.

It all depends upon the hormones.
The males have testosteron and females have oestrogen hormones.
And moreover it also depends upon the genetic ability.
