Don't think there are reliable home methods for hair renewal/regrowth.
There are clinics specialising in this and I believe the earlier you start the more successful it is.
On the other hand, women adore:

Bruce Willis (nearly there)
Then there was:

and Yul Brynner sizzled.

Hair care is caused by deficiency of some essential vitamins which could be attributed to poor diet .
Plus you can lose hair if you are under a lot of stress .

Hair loss at your age can be due to dandruff and poor nutrition. cut short your hair and apply selsun shampoo after washing your hair with normal shampoo and keep it on the head for 3 minutes then wash your hair. Do not apply any oil and keep it dry. Eat lots of good food like vegetables , fruits, greens, eggs , honey, dates etc, etc.
