i got worried when i got this milkey white discharge coming from me.. so i started takign lots of water it cleared it out but i came back again..it is normal

Many, many women have a milky white discharge at various times during the month, and some have it every day. It changes consistency depending on where you are in your monthly cycle. It's completely normal. Some girls begin having such a discharge months or even a year or two before their periods start. If it doesn't have an unpleasant odor, it's probably fine, but you should see a nurse or doctor to be sure.

if it goes chunky like cottage cheese its a thrush or yeast infection go see a doctor!
