I want to buy air gun / pistol which uses pellets and does not require any licence.?

In fact I want to pursue shooting as a hobby that's why I am asking as to where in Delhi I can get the same and approx how much will be the price. ONLY THOSE TYPES WHICH DO NOT REQUIRE ANY LICENCE.
