No, many chemicals can be adsorbed through your skin. Your thighs are beautiful as will be your baby. It's only 9 months of your life, and your body naturally wants to store fat at this time. What's it storing the fat for? All the energy you will be burning up breastfeeding and mothering. Best suggestion I can give is get walking, especially hills. I walked with all my pregnancies and it is excellent for building your fitness and stamina for birth, plus your thighs will look great. Oh and if you are worried about stretch marks, wheat germ oil, works a treat, you can rub that into your skin,no problem.

Hi
don't use anything if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant while baby is being formed. After that, show the bottle to your midwife or a pharmacist, thay will be able to check the ingredients. It's not a good idea to try and lose too much weight during pregnancy, but Slimming world and Weight Watchers do sensible programs that you can follow. Try not to worry too much about what you look like. Swimming is safe & good for your thighs and my midwife gave me an excellent list of exercise do's and dont's, so try and get ahold of one.
Take care & good luck with your baby!

Those types of products aren't good for you in general. No "gel" is going to make you actually lose weight.
I know when you're pregnant you feel big and gross and you hate looking in the mirror (I know, I've been there, I just gave birth a few months ago) but just remember - no one else thinks you're fat!
I always felt like such a whale when I was pregnant, but the truth is, pregnant women are cute! They are! You may not realize it now, but you look cute pregnant. Make sure to have plenty of pictures taken while you're pregnant. You'll look back and say "hey, I really did look good pregnant!" And your kids will love to see when they were in mommy's tummy, too. :o)

Depends whats in the gel!!!
Why would you want to lose weight during prenancy ( its not natural for a reason to lose weight)?
It is impossible to lose weight from a specific area ( the most you can hope to do is tone up the underlying muscles)
Concentrate on your overall wellbeing and fitness levels this will put you in good shape for not only the birth but the rest of your life. Its not what you way that matters but how fit and well you are.

I'd imagine not. Even though it's been rubbed into thighs it is still be absorbed into your body. I had a few insect bites when preg. When I asked the chemist what cream I coulld use she said the only thing recommenbded in preg is calamine lotion. Different to what you were asking but the point is all of these creams have chemicals etc in them that can be harmfull to baby

You shouldn't use anything like this that could potentially harm your baby! Chemicals get through the skin into your system, you know! By the way, that kind of thing is a scam! Enjoy the weight you are putting on, because that is helping your baby.

I am pretty sure it isn't safe. Besides, you shouldn't worry about things like that when you are pregnant, enjoy your look!
I am confident but never thought anything much of the way I look, but when I was pregnant, I thought of myself as sexy, so relax!!
