People who walk slowly in front of me during peak hour when I am walking through crowds on the way to work. They always seem to meander and drift from side to side so I can't overtake them. If I ever do manage to overtake they catch up to me at the traffic lights and push to the front so they can be the first to walk slowly across the road.
I say, if you are on the streets in peak hour and you can't prove that you have somewhere important to be, you should get a fine and be sent home.

Simple answer, Money. It's said to be the root of all evil but on the same hand makes the world go around (although I am sure the scientists amongst us may disagree).
If money wasn't needed, then the rat-race of thousands upon thousands getting into cars to travel into the office trying to avoid the 4x4 Brigade of Mums taking their children to school would be negated and that just for starters.
Otherwise, it would have to be the lack of common sense the majority that are in power seem to transmit to a Nation they are supposed to guide ... I'll stop there before I start ranting.
