6. Do heavy exercise, like lifting weight, boxing, and other kinds which you can do small steps to a good level daily.
7.Some kind of meditations which help to improve health
8. Sleep only as needed
9. Involve yourself in activities which help you to improve your body stronger and smart
10. I think all the above points will work good for your body and mind....

firstly start jogging e'day for about 1 month then think what do you want actually?.. like good figure?, or muscles ? or strengh? if they are ur questions u can get just from jogging n some stretch exercises .
Take care of ur food , avoid junk food , have sufficient sleep as well.
proper breath is very essential.
drink plenty of water.
If u think u want to be more strong both physically n mentally join karate or boxing class
to do any physical exercise 'will' power is very important .

Go to gym if u have money to spend.if not u should take yoga it is very very god it will make you strong internally & smart externelly.
take car that u should not take oily foods

lots of exercises which test your survival skills, eg.intelligence, endurance,etc.like practising combat moves,puzzles,becoming `smart' and tuff(cut the `ruff'!)
