OK people aren't too smart if they think it was you who got charged....cuz if you were already charged you'd be in jail/prison already and not on Yahoo Answers. So back to the question....

Look up your (Nebraska's) penal codes. Varies from state to state but the offender will be looking at time in jail and possibly prison. Max sentencing is more time along with drug rehab program and paying a shittload of money. -Good luck!

Check the legal code at the Nebraska Attorney General's site to see what the sentencing guidelines are for your offenses..

If convicted your are going to jail for a while so get used to that

If you are lucky a good long term drug rehab. because you definitely have a drug problem, you have admit you have a problem and ask for help. it also depends on if you have priors. Rehab would be best. good luck
