yes I talk to all of my different personalities I find that all of these relationships are pleasent and long lasting oh I just adore both Anna and Mary they are the sweet ones and then there's Marcy she is nice but she has a sly side to her you have to watch your cookies around her she will take them even when you are looking and lets not forget Betty she is the daredevil you have got to watch her when she gets that crazy glint in her eye and then there's Rosa she steals from me I don't think she means too just stuff comes up missing I can't find it anywhere and then there's Kim she is tricky when were talking she pretends I am clumsy so all the sudden I develop a tendency to trip and fall oh I even cuss at her the other day we found my toes when she slammed them into the living room table whoooo that hurt,

Yes, of course. Everyone needs someone to talk to and why can't one spend time talking to oneself?

You can even enjoy it. Sometimes thinking that people think I am crazy when I talk to myself is after all an intersting experience!

Yes and every one does. It is just the outburst of thinking. We cannot be quiet without thinking. Thinking is inevitable. Some times thinking becomes loud and we talk to ourself. There is nothing wrong in it as long as it is not always happening.

Everyone do it.
Get some psyhological book or psyhological manual, and you will see conception at the first pages.
-To reconsider some question - for instance ...
( try it to get the point what i mean )

Anyway - there is a sick state of the mind - that "TALKING TO YOURSELF" is like 2 ( maybe more :P ) separate people talk at once ...

Well not conversations, mind you, but I will talk to myself a few words here & there like "Where did I leave that?! What was I doing?" I talk to the cats too. Mostly I swear at myself though...

Plato is one of our great philosopher who once said and I quote that "Thinking is the Talking of the Mind with Itself." Read any Philosophy books about him, you will Know Thyself. Good day too...

All the time. I think the ability to talk to oneself internally is something that may be a defining point of consciousness. For example, when my dog sees a ball go by, I don't think she thinks to herself "should I chase that ball? or should I lie here instead?" I don't think there is any sort of internal dialogue. Talking to yourself is simply making your internal dialogue audible. No biggie.

Yep and I record it sometimes and use them as material in stuff I write. It's very interesting to see how your mind works like that and it also gives you and edge to find out if you changed or whether you made progress one way or another.

No it's not crazy as long as you don't think it is!

Yes. It's very useful when learning languages, but otherwise I don't think that I'm that much fun to talk to. Or listen to.
