She has in so many ways. There is a committee to see if she is a viable candidate. Shes raising money hand over fist. Her speeches sound like a candidate running for president as appose to a senator. She has been traveling to get world opinion and American opinion. She is rubbing elbows with the political elite. Of course telling the people whats wrong with our government and how to change it. The list goes on. Her Husband has been campaigning for her as well. Oh shes running alright.

I already have the bumper sticker:"Run Hillary Run". I put it on my front bumper.
Well the carpet bagger of New York who always loved the Yankees while growing up in Chicago will attempt, but cooler heads will prevail and someone else will be nominated. I don't see her winning the South (God Bless them) plus she has a lot of baggage: 'Image is everything problem' as in why did she drop the Rodham from her name ?; Cattlegate-turns $1000.00 into $100,000.00 in Cattle futures by selling short no less as she denounces "greedy predators on Wall Street; Whitewater,Travelgate etc. She had a hand in all of them. She has turned into a self-centered US senator whose ego has no end. Here in the real upstate New York(north and west of Yonkers) we have not seen any of the fruits she promised to gain her senate seat. Of course we New Yorkers are to blame for electing her. I call for the repeal the 17th amendment, as she calls for the repeal of the electoral college.
It has always been self-evident she will run for president by taking a safe haven for liberal democrats in New York.

It's more so in the some hoping that she will run - if there's enough of a buzz, she may warm up to it. It's the same thing they did with Kerry (and we all know how well that turned out) - needless to say, the results could end up disastrous, where the line between chosen one and sacrificial lamb becomes severely blurred.

I don't think she has publicly expressed a desire to run but it is generally believed by those who watch politics closely that she would like to be president.
I don't think she would like to run and lose. That may be the reason she is slow to announce. She wants to be a little surer she has a shot at winning.

I heard that in 2002 she made a comment to a German reporter that she wouldn't run in 2004, but in 2008 she planned to.

Not yet. She will wait until after the November mid-term elections, then see how the new House and Senate are lined up.
