I used to snore so loud that my wife could not get to sleep.
I stopped eating junk food and drinking cokes and I started exercising more. As a result, I lost 40 lbs. and stopped snoring.
If you are caring around extra weight, you might want to give that a try. If not, I don't know.

a snore is a sign of an upper airway or nasal obstruction, so you need to find out the sight of obstruction. is the snore coming completely from a nasal obstruction, or is it an upper airway obstruction. have an overnight oximetry done to find out if your oxygen saturations are dropping. if there is a sawtoothing pattern in your oxygen sats, further investigation should be done, like a formal sleep study. investigate sleep disorders at the american academy of sleep medicine, or the association of polysomnographic technologists website.

There are snore strips for the nose and also sprays for the throat, but I don't know if any of them work. You can find them in any local drug store. Good luck with that! :o)

Go to a sleep clinic. You may have sleep apnea. it can be fixed. If it is sleep apnea, it's more than a nuisance to others, it's not healthy for you.

Have you check it with your doctor? Usually its has something to do with the airway and you should try to check the position when you go to sleep.

keep round pillows under your feets and keep a soft pillow under your neck and not under your head.. this will keep your head tilted downwards and will make you snore less.
