corn starch... it's safer since it doesn't have any allergenic ingredients... or fragrances that can produce even more irritation... But best of all is to let it vent somehow... I can't tell you how.

you can apply vaseline or baby powder or shower to shower powder. They also have powders to use there for jock itch and sweating. Try wearing looser underpants or pants that allow air flow there.
