If your talking about the slowish one with the bloke singing, and not the title song it's Snow Patrol "Chasing Cars". Very good Irish band well worth a listen, check out the last album "Final Straw"

Yes it is Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars and they are a truly magnificent band. Final Straw is a classic album and everyone should listen to it especially - chocolate and run. All their songs are spot on.
