I need help I need to decipher this code but I can't figure out where to even start. Can some one give a clue?

A starting point or a spot to look would help immensly I have tried Venegere, simple substituion and columnar transposition. Thank you for all help.

substitute each letter by each letter in order.
try to check all words with the same length from a dictionary.
Use trial and error method.
A computer program will help better.
Do you know the subject of the code?
