U.S.A. I don't think Americans are very happy with our President and the Neocon cronies that are inciting fear and terror over the Internet. George Bush himself has stated this problem himself, but most of it is coming from neocons or people posing as neocons on this very website. I think Bush was just telling more lies to Americans, since he never follows through with what he says, Bush did state openly the words "Islamic Fascist" you know.

I'm from America, and proud of it.
I won't sit here and try to enumerate all of the contributions that the USA has made to the world. Those things are a matter of public record...they speak for themselves.
I will, however, take issue with those too young or too uneducated to know these things and yet who feel qualified to heap criticism on our country. It's the "vogue" thing to do these days.
But I would only ask you to look around and make note of who you are aligning yourselves with...the likes of Saddam Hussein, Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro, Kim Jung Il, Hezbollah, the Taliban and Barbara Streisand, to name a few.
Don't try to argue with me. Just write down the names of all these people and groups you agreed with in 2006, seal it in an envelope, and then go back and look at it 10 years from now.
You'll feel like a moron. I guarantee it.

I'm from Canada. There are things about America I like: much of the entertainment, and many of the artists, intellectuals and good people. I'm not crazy about the apparent religious control of some of the politics, or when an American, in another country spots me and says, "Hey, it's another American!" (This happened to me in Japan. I didn't lose my temper; I just talked to him and his friends. No use making a fuss, but it was ignorant on his part to assume I was American too.) I think many Americans are well-travelled, intelligent people, but far too many others are kind of ill-informed about the world.
Anyway, I do not hate your country!

Australia. I'm appalled at USA foreign policy, because, especially under Bush, it's arrogant self-centred, and ignorant, to the detriment of USA itself and the world. I'm appalled that the richest country in the world has such exploitive industrial conditions, so much poverty, and terrible public health provisions. I'm flabbergasted that USA, with some of the best minds in the world, ignores their wisdom - and that the mass of Americans (especially as reflected on this web) are so unread, so ignorant, and so stupid. And fall for Bush and the petro/industrial/military manipulators. BUT, MOST OF ALL I'm disappointed and angry that the only country capable of leading the world into a better future and which I hugely admire for its past achievements and best qualities, is all these things. Especially when, with catastrophic climate change, potential mass migration and international conflict, we all need USA now to be at its best, urgently - supporting the UN and international law, not defying and dismantling it. And so much more. You see, whatever side of politics we occupy, we ALL have so much hope and expectations pinned on America. It's not fair, or even sensible - but the result is that whether we're "soft-headed socialists" or "right-wing ratbags" USA can never do enough to satisfy us. But we do ALL think about USA - there is no other country one could say that about!

Singapore. Very good.
By the way tell you some jokes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.
Last of all just want to tell you that whatever you do, just don't give up. Also you must love and care for the people around you. In that way they will also show you the love that you show to them. Just be yourself and happy everyday. Wish you all the best and good luck!!
