Its been going on for a year. Even before menustral cycle starts, I have backache also for a week

Yes, you definitely should. Any kind of pain during or after sex could signal having some sort of infection. If it's a pelvic inflammatory infection then that could lead to infertility amongst other things so get to a doctor as soon as possible.

Take more calcium and protein to strengthen your back. Also do back strengthening exercises.
