Yeah been there and thought I was being singled out for 'special attention! You really have to put some work in to get up through the levels - a long way short of level 3 myself - but loads of other things on the web if you hit your quota on any day. I usually go looking for comedy sites! - it takes you mind off feeling 'rejected'

Try logging out and logging on again. If you encounter the same problem, try to register for Yahoo Answers using a different nickname. It's possible someone is already using the one you have now.

Your problem is that you have entered a time warp, transcending the normal parameters of time and space, possibly induced by a mild and probably legal narcotic substance disorientating your celebral vortex - unless you are adopted by the next Dr Who as the assistant, you will just have to wait until you have raised your level grading on this facility!

i'm getting slightly irritated. weren't they working in this crap like on Friday too. How long does this take. each and every in view that they did their "maintenance" they have been slightly off. i grew to become into attempting to respond to a question, had to pass lower back in like 5 cases merely to examine the full component. yet anyhow, it fairly is excited by exciting, so I attempt to not get too pissed off.

yahoo follows US times and you may be in asia.You may have answered quota last night and till US day turns over you would be shown as having no quota.

24 hours cycle, you need to wait longer than the time you last reached the quota.

if you wait a while it will probabaly change status.
It happened to me a lot when I was on level 1 it may be because you were on it last night but it usuall changes long before a 24 hour period between answers
