Im 19 weeks pregnant my husband says its okay to have sex cause my tummy isnt that big but im not sure what if he or the both of us hurt the baby while getting busy.

It's definitely ok to engage in intercourse while pregnant. You are in no danger of hurting your unborn child. When you get into your 3rd tri-mester and are your largest it may be tricky, but certain positions will still be comfortable.

I recommend you ask your doctor to make sure, but normally intercourse is no problem during pregnancy. Of course, as you get further along, some positions may not be as comfortable, but just move around until you've found a way that works. After 7 months you should ask your doctor again, even if your pregnancy has been normal up until that point. Some doctors say it is perfectly fine, and even healthy to have intercourse that far along, saying semen helps to condition the uterus for labor, and sometimes even help induce labor if you are already dilating. However, others believe it is better not to, just in case labor is accidentaly induced a little too early. So go ask your doctor and then go have fun! :)

Having sex during pregnancy has nothing to do with the size of your belly. Check with your doc and make sure there's no reason you shouldn't, then have at it.
Oh, and to the person with the "the sperm will get in the baby" schtick... you can't be serious!!! Ever hear of an amniotic sac? It's a thick membrane around the baby, dad's not going to be ejaculating into it's ears. Sheesh!!!

The doctors usually suggest no sex before the first trimesters. Since your a 19 weeks pregnant, it'll be ok to have sex. But you should be careful during the last trimesters. Ask your doctor then.

You wont hurt the baby ,some women like sex more when pregnant and some get turned off ,you may even swing from one extreme to the other.You only have to stop if your doctor tells you and that will only happen if you have a problem.

SEX while being PREGNANT will NOT hurt your UNBORN BABY!
It DOES NOT matter how BIG or LITTLE your "tummy" is to have or avoid sex. You can have sex clear up until you have the baby and when your "tummy" is fully OUT THERE before you have the baby.

My wife and I have four kids, and we had sex up until the week before birth. Its not going to hurt the baby. The biggest obstacle is making sure momma is comfortable.ry laying on your side while your husband puts one of your legs between his and your top leg to the side. This is a great position for pregnancy or not. Another one is to lay on the egde of the bed on your back and have him stand on the floor facing you. HAVE FUN, and congratulations

Of course you can. from what I know you can have sexual intercourse up until 8 or 9 months it will not hurt the baby at all. Do not have intercourse if the doctor tells you it is not safe to do so. I had intercourse up until 3 days before giving birth so don't worry.
