If you can't find a good tutor, just download some ebooks and start reading. If you are at least a little serious, learn to program. Any language will do. If you are running Windows, I would recommend AutoIt (www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/), it's a high level (high level = easier to learn; low level = nearer machine code). If you are on Linux, perl may be a good start. And try to start using linux/openBSD.
