Horoscope is a chart cast out stating the exact placement of the planets along with the rising sign at the moment of birth. That takes care of 2 parameters date and time of birth. The place of birth giving the latitude and longitude for other calculations like local mean time etc. is required.You have missed out on the city of birth. The combination of various planets in various signs and houses make up for the predictions.

Horoscopes are part lies and part generalized conjecture that people pay ridiculous money to hear from people who pretend to know what lies in their future. The truth is that revolving your life around worrying about future isn't any more healthy than living in the past. The simple truth is that if you just focus on taking care of the present one step at a time, the future will work itself out because it eventually becomes the present anyway.

Some psychic horoscopes/ tarots can make very good predictions about you ; they can say many true and surprisingly accurate statements about you that it is even uncanny ; not frightening , but surprising . It is awesome and it makes one wonder about many things that the average person dismisses as mumbo-jumbo/ meaningless.
