if a person is joined into an organization. what wud b he called New joinee r New joiner??
There is no word in dictionary called joinee...

Joinee may not be in the dictionary, but we can coin new words from old ones any time we want. We just have to see if they catch on or not.

I would say a Joiner is someone who actively joins items or organizations. A joinee is someone or something that is passively joined to something else by an outside agent (a joiner). Thus if your friend joins a cool club, he is a joiner. If he then signs you up without your knowledge and consent, you become a joinee.
