i saw my friend got in a really bad fight with his parents, ive never seen him get that mad before.
Out of nowhere he yells out ouch and throws his keys on the ground. A little later I saw burns
marks on his hands that looked like key marks and he said it was probably his keyless remote because it was acting weird earlier. Its just dont see how a keyless remote can heat your keys so much it burns you.

It is possible... if it is faulty!
The small battery inside may get shorted (short-circuit) through some failure. A very high current will discharge the battery quite quickly. If the current passes through the keys, they will heat up.
Try it: take a thin piece of wire and short a small battery: the wire will get very hot.
Same thing if you keep small batteries... and keys or coins in your pocket: a short may occur and your coins will burn you!
(And the batteriies will be flat...)

This is absolutely possible. I strongly suggest that you keep your car unlocked from now on. Don't worry, the cd player, case full of cds and loose change will keep any would-be theives at bay. They're terrified of that sort of stuff.
