It could be that you got pregnant, but sometimes when a woman wants to be pregnant her body will start to display symptoms without actually being pregnant. You will have to wait and see if your period starts in order to test.

Sounds like you could be pregnant. You seem pretty in tune to your body. You can have cramps from hormonal changes causing your uterus to change and breast tenderness due to milk duct changing. The body gets geared up for lots of changes early on. If your period is 6-7 days away, it is still early but a hpt can detect it now. Wait it out. And best thing you can do is relax! if you are pg, too much stress can be a really bad thing. Good luck!

Some women don't stop AF until up the day of labor. Your uterus is getting bigger, or (contracting) because the placenta is growing (that causing the mild cramps), ur breast probably feeling heavy because of milk producing.. These symtoms are very normal, the best thing to do is not to panic, that would make things worse. If you really that worried, call or visit your doctor office.

Note: It could also be your cycle changing. It happens.
Relax is the best thing to do, because stress could be the cause of what your going through.
