You can ask Showtime. Their website is http://www.showtimearabia.com . Their telephone number in Kuwait is 807 007. I am not sure if their classical packages provide Rugby and Cricket but I know that other packages can be obtained through them too such as Pehla and Eurostar and ART.

Orbit, http://www.orbit.net/, also have sport channels. Their telephone number is 802 999.

mediazone.com via the Internet all the rugby is live and archived,
it's available in Kuwait, I don't know about the cricket sorry
