My dad used to say that there is a 'Jack' for every 'Jenny' (It's actually an old mule reference!)
I thought that was a sweet thing to think about, but I never thought it was true - that is until the day I met the love of my life! I waited 30 years for him. We are not perfect, but we are perfect for each other. So yeah, I do believe that there IS someone made for every someone. It may take a while to find each other, but it happens.

It's true. Every individual have a soul mate waiting somewhere in the world. But they get to meet this special someone based on the small decisions they make in life and the strength of faith and vision they have about their future.
Keep your faith, keep your vision, keep to a narrow straight path - and always stay focused on your dreams in life.
Life will always bring you challenges and situations will always put you through a labrynth of confusion. But a steadfast heart will always bring you home - and you'll soon discover that by the time you meet the person that's really meant for you, you are a much stronger person and will actually complement and enhance each other's lives.

Well said people. Yes there is always someone made for someone. we just need to look around and find the right person.
when i was born - my mother was "the person"
when i was a toddler, teenager _ my parents were "the person"
I found my boyfriend and he is my husband now so currently he is "the person"
And who says soulmates do not have differences? we are human beings and we make mistakes. it is better to dump the past and look ahead.........for sure there will be some one around you -waiting just for you

I don't think there is a specific person, i think you fall for a lot of people and adore their qualities and dislike others. Which is why people have so many relationships, they're never satasfied.
Even married couples and elderly couples complain about their significant other, even if they do think they are their 'one and only'
