That's pretty damn stereotypical. Totallly not true. Men are capable of LOVE in the sense of committing themselves to their partner and building a life together. Lust is part of the early stages of a relationship for BOTH partners. Love is deeper and more meaningful and goes beyond the physical relationship. Now, you may have not met a man who is truly in love with you, but they are out there.

Not true. Sometimes they say it in hopes of exercising their lust at a later time and somnetimes they just LOVE their partner and say it without it being linked to sex at all.

It may be so for some men but not all. My husband says he loves me no matter what. All though sex is an important part of a relationship if a man is mature and understanding he will know that sex isn't everything, and he will know that there is more to a relationship.

I'm probably a little older than most people on here but I can tell you with absolute certainty: I have a woman friend. I value that love so much that I would never touch her. I would never risk our relationship with an affair, not even if we were both unmarried.
