Because I have an aptitude for admin work and am a meticulous worker. Having garnered 3 years of working experience in XYZ company, I believe that I need a change in my job scope for my personal career development.

Also, your company is offering me a better remuneration package, which will motivate me to work harder.

As I am having total 5years experience of Admin. Officer I believe that with my experience & given lead time I can prove myself as an asset to your company.
