I kinda wondered that myself. It's not uncommon for the ultra rich kids to get such plastic surgery done w/ mom and dad's blessings. And Gene's daughter really does pass for 18--courtesy of the team of makeup artists who work on her and her Playboy supermodel Shannon: like mother, like daughter I guess.
I LOVE the show, however. The family, albeit ultra-riche, do seem to carry some down-earth traits. And Gene, despite his freewheeling rockstar lifestyle, shows signs of wisdom carried down to him from his native Hafia, Israel. He is a real dad. Gene's mother is precious, too: she's the grandmother I wish I had.
Much as I like the show and am impressed how well produced it is (much better than Ozzy's), it's sad to think that eventually the family will tire of all those cameras in their house and the door inside the Simmons' mansion will once again be closed off to us all.
I would like, however, to see Gene take another crack at teaching a group of prep school kids how to play rock music!!!!! This time, with a little help from his KISS bandmates, if possible.

No, I don't think she's had a boob job. Gene doesn't even want her dating at 13.

Her Momma was blessed also! I had Shannon Tweeds Centerfold hanging in my locker in high school.
