No that is normal. Your low number is on the low side and that is a good thing. My lowest is around 100 over 60. The only thing you have to be careful to keep hydrated, since your BP goes down when you need water, so long as you drink plenty of water and get some salt if you live in a hot place that helps too. Being outside in intense heat can really lower it so drink lots and alcohol also temporarily lowers BP.

Depending on your age and weight 109 over 54 may be normal.

The doctor told me that a low pulse can be an indicator of an enlarged heart and should be checked. If the heart is fine than the rate is normal.
