Well, I don't know about the burning.. but my breasts are very sensitive at certain times for seemingly no reason. I asked my gynecologist about this and she said a lot of women have sacs of fluid or something in their breasts that make their breasts extra sensitve just by touching them sometimes it can hurt. Sometimes it hurts just to lay on them if you have naturally sensitive breasts....IT's fairly common.

when a female under goes hormonal changes the boobs tend to become very sensitive..do show the doctor..also make sure that she wears a cotton bra for a few days and should avoid eating too much of spice.

could be either pms or pregnancy. hormone changes can cause pain and swelling. have her see her doctor and be sure she does regular self exams for any lumps or bumps just to be sure.
