Yes they should, then maybe people would start taking it seriously. Cause why they are making the fake calls their could be a child out there that really is being abused and isn't being helped because some asshole has the afds workers busy fallowing up on a false case.And afds should use there brains and figure it out after they have been on a call 2 times and find no proof.

Well, you have to prove that there was a deliberate attempt at misleading Child Welfare. But, I do agree. I know of several parents at the school I work at who have called Child Protective Services on their spouses with unfounded claims in order to get the child taken away from the custodial parent and given to them. It's so sad.

YES...for wasting the peoplees time and trying to ruin other peopl;es lives....now if there is truth to their accusations then they did what they were supposed to do but if they know that they are calling just to be malicious towards someone then they should pay the price for that .

Yes they should be charged with something. While they were playing around, there was actually a child in need that they were stopping from getting help.

The child care workers are pretty smart. They often times can easily weed out the fraudulent calls.

Absolutely they should charged! Some ppl call them when they are just mad because you won't loan them some money.
