The only persons who 'get rich' through these 'informercial CD ROMs' are those that produce and market them !
After nearly 8 years of roaming all over the Web, I know better than to waste my hard-earned money on ordering for one.
...Life's experiences have taught me that there are NO shortcuts to success, and that nothing succeeds like hard work.

There is NO EASY money in real estate I'm an appraiser and i see the "scam artist" all the time they all think they can make a ton of money in the ghettos but buying properties for little money and putting no more then 10,000 in them. Then sell them for 80,000
Know I'm not saying that its not impossible to find these houses that only need little repair but you'll most likely have to rip some poor little older person to do it whom doesn't know a thing about real estate. You can do things legit though just start small buy a house to live in that is in horrible condition and start fixing it and remember its OK to get outside help for some things ie(electric, plumbing, and most important floor laying) some stuff you can do you're self and make sure you know you're area if there are alot of homes that are being sold around there be careful and if there are no sales be careful also sell 1-3% below market value this will insure a quick sell and a better buyer ( NO unapproved crap) and take you're profit and move up a level to the next home if you do this and are successful eventually you will own a home free and clear from you're profit but it takes time YEARS even I've been doing it for 4 years and I'm Little under half way were i want to be. OOH YEA don't be scared to pay for 300-500 inspections prior to sales its worth it you'll make that mistake once and never do it again. GOOD LUCK!!!

I'm telling you right now it's all BS and a total waste of time even "thinking" about it. If you aren't convinced they are bullsh*t google some of their programs and there are usually forums that people discuss their experiences. For example I googled Carl Sheets real estate program, I found a huge forum for it and there are MANY MANY people who ordered the program and said they almost went into bankruptcy because of them. They charged him so much money. When he sent the program back he hasn't heard from them for months, they tried calling them and no one could help. Some lost up to $3000 because once u actually agree to it it's none of that 14.95 bs that's ONLY a TRIAL but the cost is FAR more. Don't believe it. it's all scams and bullsh*t waste of time. Nothing is easy and nothing will be handed to you through some quick program. Good Luck!

ALL those "get rich quick" schemes should be banned from airing on TV per the FCC!!! NONE of them work. My best friend got hooked into one and it nearly cost him $40k!!!

He watched a late night infomercial from this slick cat who snagged my best friend's money hook, line and sinker. Come to find out, the savvy, slick, good looking guy on TV hawking HIS purported "success" today has a checkered past. In the early 80's was a homosexual male prostitute, busted quite often in NYC, well known and scourged on by NYC's finest. He was under investigation for three other Florida real estate scams and got ran out of Nevada for alleged conspiracy in a huge real estate scam.

Recently, the US Justice Dept. put some heat on the scumbag and now, his commercials are no longer.

As the saying goes: If it sounds too good to be true---it IS and best avoided.

Real estate can make a lot of money. But because of this, it attracts a lot of scam artists who make money by promising you more than is realistic. You can debunk most of them with economic reality checks.

It takes money and time to reliably make money in any investing. There are no magic shortcuts.

I think you 'll better off asking this question in the place where people actually making it work -- www.creonline.com
They'll give you a better advise.

Remember, don't take advise from anyone who is making at least 4 times what you're making.
What can broke people suggest to you, really?

Those commercials are actually getting money for the person who made them by getting your money. So the one who's getting rich is them, not you!
