Were you bodyboarding in the Ocean? thats the only reason I could think that your boobs would be hurt and burning...the friction between the board and salt water and your boobs makes them burn and hurt real bad..I know from experience.

Could your hormones be off? When mine were so hard and hurting it was because they were off..check it out and insist on a saliva test, not a blood test..they are more accurate for sure!

It is your shirts are rubbing against your nipples use tape to put over your nipples. Hope this helps.
