You work in Bahrain, Manila's Airport, depends on the position you aim to. I would say that the top Airline companies ( and with best further plans for development) are Emirates and Qatar Airways. Best of luck!

Due to the high price of fuel, airlines are in a highly competitive environment. Some thrive because of the routes and management efficiency. Others are in financial trouble. Bosses are not that much different from place to place and firms to firms - some good others not so good. Generally the more a firm thrives, the higher the pay and working conditions and also "job security". I do not know enough about the firms but they appear to be much the same. Check their WEB site and also their annual accounts. Get someone to help. A lot depends on the nature of your Job too! Are you a Pilot?

I've heard good things about Qatar, my friend worked for them and loved it(several years back)!
