Yeah, don't worry. Everyone gets them. Sometimes people just have nothing better to do than flag someone they simply don't agree with even though it's not against the TOS agreements. Sadly, Yahoo doesn't analyze it---they just trust it's a violation automatically. When you write back to tell them it wasn't, you'll get a form letter that essentially says 'too bad so sad' and they can say you violated the TOS whenever they want and they have the right to pull your account for no reason. Lovely, eh?

Dude, bummer. I had that happen once from simply disagreeing with someone in a chat room--no meanness involved. I simply told them I didn't agree, they didn't like that, and they reported me. It was stupid.

Anyone can report you---and they can simply make crap up. Just relax. Yahoo doesn't do much beyond that for one violation. They aren't like Big Brother watching your every move. :)

they should tell you why when you get your notice . i can't understand why you got one if you didn't deserve it. maybe som jealous person reported you for some reason. they will do that, you know. i hope everything works out o.k.--- good luck!!!
