Excellent question:
There are six billion people on the planet and you are only one of them. What have you ever done to justify your sad and pathetic existence? Most people would just answer nothing. Would anyone miss you if you died tomorrow? 100 years from now would there even be any trace of your existence on this planet? And what if you die and then that's it? Dirt nap and your bones will fade to dust over time your gravestone will be taken down to make way for a subdivision.
So what is it worth? Sweet F.A. & everything under the sun.
That's why the zen masters say, "Compared to the universe I am nothing, but there is nothing in the universe which is not me."

What would you give to stay alive? I know there is not much on this earth that is worth me dieing for unless it is other life.
Do you not go to the doctor because you don't think you can afford it? Well would it not be better to be live and owe a doctors bill or dead and no doctors bill?
Up to you on what it is worth to you.. Islam says they are want to die more then I want to live. So it is how the person values their own life. But as far as Islam goes I would say if they want to die then let them. They should just walk off in the sea and die just like they want Israel to do..

I'm agnostic leaning toward "this life is all we get." I'd have to say that this roller coaster ride called life is worth the experiences, good and bad. It'll all be over when you die. So live life, try to be happy because anger/frustration etc is stress and stress brings you closer to your death. Remember, your life, however long it may seem is less than a moment in time.

About 3 to 7 million dollars, by the amounts people are willing to spend to avoid a chance at death. For example, someone might be willing to pay a $5 tax to pay for better water treatment that reduce the chance of him dying by 1 out of 1,000,000. Similar sets of data indicates the basic range above.

it's priceless ofcourse, but if you want a price i'd say everything. being alive is a present you decide what to do with it.you either keep it simple and happy, or drown each day in questions noone can really answer. it's up to you to please yourself and be grateful. watching young children corpses in war this summer has made me reconsider some aspects of life and realising it's totally stupid to wonder and totally right to just let yourself live.to be able to make your decisions is a great thing. be happy for it.

Your parents would give one answer to what your life is worth.
An insurance adjuster would give another.
Your enemy: a third answer.
Your spouse & children another.
God would say "life" is worth EVERYTHING!
This is a thoughtful question. I hope you are well. :)

Legally, it is like this:
(expected annual earnings) x (average life expectancy - years lived) = human life worth.
Of course, this will vary if you are Bill Gates or only like me ;-)
