i dont want to use a credit card to sign up fpr paypal?if i use a bank account,which banks in singapore or malysia are recognized by paypal?

I heard you can use a debit card as well but to be safe you better contact paypal to find out. Other method you can apply IKOBO account, its free to sign up and do basically like paypal.send me your email, I can send you the sign up url. Can you provide me your private email add? you will need that for me to send you the url.

I think using credit card is the only way to sign for Paypal in Singapore. Not sure about Malaysia.
