do you mean "sperm" -- yes they do come out during intercourse, and if they were inseminated -- or in other words, if they were ejaculated into the woman's body -- there is a chance that she will become pregnant. Insemination refers to the sperm entering into the woman's body; conception refers to the fertilization of the woman's egg by a single sperm cell. Just because a woman is inseminated does not necessarily mean that she will become pregnant. A lot also depends on the woman's menstrual cycle. One cannot say that there is a "90% chance of pregnancy"
At the end of the day, perhaps the best thing would be for the woman to consult a doctor. You will not get a definite, clear answer here.

Usually at the of ejaculating men insert into woman.
and sperm comes during intercourse.
but some times it may come before intercourse or after intercourse.
You wont become preganant untill it enters into ur vagina.
but a little remaining of semen is enough to make u preganant.

Semen contains sperms in seminal fluid.
After ejaculation most of semen comes out.
Only a small amount (containing millions of sperms) sticks to vaginal mucosa.
Few (again millions ) are successful in gaining entry into uterine cavity through cervical mucosa.
Afew of them succeed to surround a mature egg( if available that time)
And any ONE among these millions of sperms is capable of fertilizing the egg
REMEMBER- EJACULATION EVEN IN THE NEARBY AREAS OF VAG. CAN RESULT IN PREGNANCY

Sandhya darling, this question was to be asked before sex, You must know that when man ejaculated inside the vagina, some part of semen is bound to come out of vagina. Millions of sperms float in the amount of one ejaculation. AND ONLY ONE SPERM IS ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU PREGNANT OUT OF MILLIONS. You should have taken precautions...

Sperm will have to come during and after intercourse. If you are clever enough to avoid sperm entering female's vagina, she cannot become pregnant.
