No. Any judge would note it as a publicity stunt, warn the defendant/plaintiff against wasting state $$$ and the Court's time w/ such frivolity and toss out the case. And that's if the judge is in a good mood; he / she can toss the plaintiff/defendant in jail anyways.

No, the judge would throw the case out. This isn't what courtrooms are for.

why would he/she do that? i suggest he/she should sue family, friends, co-workers first before suing him/herself. =)
