I would have to say YES, by a long shot they are.
They are old, untalented at most positions. They hired a hasbeen coaching staff.
Atleast the Niners, Jets and Texans all look markedly improved from last year.
The Radiers look WORSE.
Aaron Brooks was a bad choice.
There is no hope right now.
They'd be lucky to win a game.

Probably, but they have competition at the bottom with the Packers, the Titans, and maybe the Texans and Lions possibly playing bad enough to take that title away from the Raiders. Worst team in Division 1-A? How about Florida Atlantic, Florida International, or Temple?

Yes, without a doubt...the Raiders are the worst... I think all division 1A teams could beat them right now...

Raiders are right now the worst in the pros, and Temple is the worst in Division I-A (two 62-0 losses in a row and a loss to Buffalo).

I don't know, I think the Titans might be giving them a run for their money. The worst 1A college without a doubt is Duke, as usual.

Raiders are 1 of the worst teams. Tennessee isn't too much better. As long as Al Davis is alive he will screw his own franchise up until he decides to keep his crypt keeper claws out of the rebuilding of the team.

As a Bronco fan, I am biased, but I have to say they are right down there. On the other hand, the Broncos may be fighting them for last place in the division if we don't get smart and bench Mr. Turnover himself, Jake Plummer.

I am not sure. G Bay is awfully bad too. I guess I would pick Oakland, they have no QB.
What was Al Davis thinking when they picked up Brooks? That guy is a complete joke!

Yes it is a close call between them and the packers. However the packers are closer to turning things around.
