I took my family to Long John Silver's for lunch and we all got one of the free pirate hats they give out. We wore them around the mall talking like pirates in all the stores we visited. My kids loved it, and most of the store clerks did, too!

I slept through the majority of it :) Didn't even know it was a holiday until nearly 7pm LOL But once I find out, I be plunderin the local lubbers for any booty to be found.

I watched One Piece.
Though, technically, Japanese pirates don't "talk like pirates" as we think pirates talk (i.e. the way European pirates talk). It was kind of a pointless way to celebrate, but I like One Piece.
