You know those pre employment screening tests, that no matter how you answer the question it always seems to be the wrong answer. How do you pass those things?

By having good character for one thing. Most of those test that I have taken repeat the same three questions differently. Do you lie, Do you steal, Do you take drugs. If you answer yes to any of these questions then I would hire you either.

These are stupid test meant to weed out stupid people. Answer the thing the way you know they WANT you to answer.

If it says" Do you ever want to hit your boss", say NO even if you want to kill his ***.

If it says"Do you think stealing office supplies is wrong", Say HELL yes even as you stuff your pockets.

Anyone too dumb to know the right answers to the questions should definitely no be hired. Because if you do not even know what the right answers to those questions are, you are surely not trainable in a fast moving technical environment...

There is no right way to answer those questions. It is simply to tell what type of person you are. Some jobs require outgoing people, some serious, it depends on you and the job you're trying for. Be honest.

LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!! make it seem like your the perfect employee, if ur like "yea, i got fired from Jack In The Box for punching my boss in the face...seven times and then I went to jail for leaving the baby in the oven." most likely u wont get hired. on ur first few weeks of ur new job, kiss *** as much as possible. I know i sound sarcastic, but I'm serious. If u act like you have no flaws at all, you're good to go.

DON'T try and beat them .. there is no right or wrong answers .. If you try to beat it the test actually shows dishonesty .. the questions get asked a number of times in different ways .. your trying to beat it actually messes you up..

I took one of those once and ended up in the infantry. First guess is best. If this is all they go by when they do their hiring they won't last long anyway. The president of the company probably didn't do any better than you will.

Be consistent... I have noticed that these personality tests are stupid and will ask about the same question four times over... they just rearrange the question.

i always try to be really honest.. i think thats what they are looking for.. whether the answer is professionaly best or not.
