Its a good thought to help poor people,i really appreciate it.
You can join any NGO working for poor people ,this is thw best way you can help them .

I suppose that to attempt to solve every problem in the world is impossible, things that make us sick at heart are around us everyday. To see someone without for what ever reason is sad and very real. I try not to complain about too much because somewhere I am willing to bet is someone who has it harder. Consider all your blessing, no matter how small. Little acts of kindness change and motivate lives so every small deed is counted and most of all be kind. The world is cruel and hard anyway and just a kind word means so much. No one person can solve all of it, but I believe that even the smallest of deeds make a start.

If u adopt a poor bright student for his/her higher studies.....u will come to know that u did a great help.....many bright students are there always in need of financial support.....even u can lend & take back the money once they start earning....

Seriously: rather get involved with a group that is already helping to ensure that you do not get taken advantage off. try church groups, community groups etc. These people have been doing the good work for years but also know about possible pitfalls and scam artists.

by giving them food, shelter, and clothes which are the basic necessity to live in this world..
You can personally go to them and what they need and try to alleviate their distress.
That is what we are doing in our Sai association.

feed them by providing them food, give them charity (a few rupees/dollars from your pocket) and fulfill their every need.
