The fact that you said these kenworth parts have now failed makes me think it might be too late to do anything. Things like that need to be taken care of ASAP, not after they are worn.

If it is still a recent event, and you unknowingly paid for them, I would tell the shop manager exactly what you want to do about it, and let them know they will be reported to the BBB as well as sued for damages (the replacement of faulty parts at a premium price)

All of this may still be difficult though if you signed the bill that included those items and walked away with them.

it depends on how long ago the repairs were made and if you had it done by a private mechanic or a reputable shop, but more than likely they replaced them because they were bad. Sometimes when they have you sign a work consent it's in the fine print that if they think it's necessary they can replace parts. Without knowing all the details it's hard to say what you can do. Good luck i hope it all works out for you and i hope i was some help.

my guess would be that if you have proof that you didnt authorize those parts to be replaced, and they replaced them anyway, and they are messed up...i would talk to the owner/manager and see what he/she has to say, and take it from there. there is always small claims court. apparently they have never heard "if it aint broke, dont fix it".
